What are your office hours?
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Tuesday 8:30 am to 7:30 pm; Friday 8:30 am to 2:30 pm; closed Saturday and Sunday.
What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
Call the office as soon as we open and describe the problem so the team can advise you. If it cannot wait, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
I get nervous at the dentist. Can you help?
Tell us when you book. The team will explain each step before treatment starts. For extra comfort, the only sedation we offer is nitrous oxide (laughing gas), and your dentist can tell you whether it suits you.
How often should I book a check-up?
It depends on your mouth. Your dentist will suggest a schedule after your exam, based on your gums, past fillings and any ongoing treatment. Our blog post on how often to visit the dentist explains more.
Do you see children?
Yes. Children’s dentistry is part of our family practice, so kids can be seen at the same office as the rest of the family.
